The King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) invites international students from across the globe to apply for the prestigious KAUST Scholarship for the academic year 2024. Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the KAUST Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Candidates from any nationality worldwide are eligible to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree holders are eligible to apply for Master’s Degree programs.
- Master’s degree holders can apply for Doctoral Degree programs.
- Applicants should demonstrate good physical and mental health, an outstanding academic record, and a history of good conduct.
- Holding another scholarship simultaneously is not permitted.
- A complete and accurate application form must be submitted, and there is no application fee.
Application Requirements:
Applicants are required to submit the following documents as part of their application:
- Official university transcripts, including a certified English translation if necessary.
- Statement of Purpose
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Passport.
- Three recommendation letters from professors or advisors who can evaluate your academic performance and research potential These should be submitted directly through the application.
- English language proficiency requirements: A minimum TOEFL score of 79 on the IBT or an IELTS score of 6.5. This requirement may be waived if the applicant has received a degree from an accredited institution in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
Financial Benefits:
Successful applicants will be awarded the KAUST Fellowship, which provides comprehensive financial support throughout their graduate studies. The KAUST Fellowship includes:
- Full tuition support.
- A monthly living allowance ranging from $20,000 to $30,000 annually, depending on qualifications and degree progress
- On-campus housing.
- Medical and dental coverage.
- Relocation support.
