Application Process for Non-EU Students
If you are a non-EU student living abroad, you must complete the pre-assessment procedure through the UniGeApply portal for access to Master’s degrees taught in English. This process is mandatory for non-EU students who want to study in Italy.

- You can apply for up to two programs.

To apply, ensure you have the following documents ready:
- Passport (mandatory; other IDs are not accepted)
- Recent Photo
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- Bachelor’s Degree Certificate: Final or provisional certificate.
- Transcript of Records: A list of examinations and grades taken.
- Syllabus: Required for some courses, optional for others.
- Certificate of English Proficiency: B2 level (unless your degree was taught in English).
- Additional Qualifications: If applicable (e.g., a second bachelor’s degree, other certifications).
How to Apply:
Step 1: Registration
- Register to create your UniGePass credentials on the UniGeApply portal.
- Be sure to fill in your personal details exactly as shown on your passport.
Step 2: Log into the UniGeApply Portal
- After registration, log in to the portal and submit your application by choosing your preferred Master’s programs.
- You can apply for up to 2 courses.
Step 3: Upload Documents
- Upload all the required documents (passport, CV, degree certificate, etc.).
- Ensure that all documents are readable and correctly uploaded.
Step 4: Evaluation & Notification
- After submission, your application will be evaluated. The outcome will be sent via email.
- If accepted, you will receive a confirmation receipt for pre-selection, which is needed for the next steps in the process.
